AUGUST: Back to School Night 

Volunteers help plan meals and games, set up and take down for event

SEPTEMBER: Remembrance Walk 

Volunteers help prepare packets for families, collect and count pledges during the month, set up and take down for walk

OCTOBER: Pumpkin Bingo

Volunteers help plan snacks and games, set up and take down for event

NOVEMBER: Christmas Parade

Volunteers help prepare the Nativity Float for the downtown parade

DECEMBER: Family Sleigh Ride and Activities

FEBRUARY: United Catholic Raffle

Volunteers help with advertising, counting tickets, planning and distributing student and class prizes

APRIL-MAY: Spring Gala

This is our biggest event!

Volunteers help with advertising, planning, getting donations from the community, selling tickets, set up and take down for event, etc.

HASA plays a vital role for our school and has helped to raise nearly $100,000 on a yearly basis these last five years!


They are in charge of our main fundraising and outreach events - which is not just a way to raise funds but build community among our families and Range Cities.


All other school events and field trips are taken care of by parent volunteers through the classrooms. Please see your child's classroom page to see how you can help. 

HASA meets the first Tuesday of every month at the rectory at 5:30pm. If you are not able to attend meetings, but still interested in helping, contact Amy Fox at foxdenmn@gmail.com
